Regular Walks & Hikes
Join us seven days a week from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM in the stunning Galty Castle Woods. Choose from two scenic loop walks:
- Attycraan Loop Walk (4km): A peaceful, restorative walk along the pristine Attycraan River, one of Ireland’s ‘blue dot’ rivers, offering a quiet, reflective experience among lush landscapes.
- Carigeen Mountain Loop Walk (6km): A more challenging route with panoramic views of the Galtee Mountains, taking you through varied terrain with a mix of history and nature.
Both walks offer a unique combination of gentle yoga, meditations, and storytelling, immersing you in the rich history and natural beauty of the area.
Guided Walks
Beyond our regular offerings, we invite you to join our exclusive Guided Yoga Walks, which are held as unique, pop-up events in stunning locations throughout the year. These special excursions allow us to explore a wider map of Ireland’s most beautiful and ancient spots, blending movement with the magic of the landscape. From the ancient energies of Darby’s Bed in Galbally to the historical ruins of Moor Abbey, and from the picturesque trails of Clogheen and Kilfinane villages to the serene Aherlow Loop Walk, no two journeys are the same.
We delve into the deep woods near Springfield Castle, climb the scenic Canon Sheehan Loop, visit the cascading Waterfalls of the Galtees, and discover hidden gems like The Towers in Lismore. Keep an eye on our schedule, as these limited-time events are the perfect opportunity to experience a truly unique connection to the land.
Yoga Classes
At Yoga Walks Ireland, we offer a variety of yoga classes designed to suit all levels of fitness, with no prior yoga experience required. Each class is a holistic blend of gentle movement, healing breathwork, relaxing meditations, and insightful wisdom. Our classes are designed to nurture both body and mind, incorporating yoga with weights (1kg dumbbells), dance, and fun.
Workshops
At Yoga Walks Ireland, we offer powerful Healing Workshops throughout the year, each one designed to nurture your mind, body, and spirit. These sessions provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore deep healing, release emotional blockages, and reconnect with your inner self.
During the year, our specialized offerings include immersive Candlelight Workshops, creative Vision Board Workshops, and deep dives into practices like Connecting to Divine Energy, Elemental Shift, and Psychic Workshops, among many others. By blending various healing modalities, each workshop creates a holistic experience aimed at restoring your balance, joy, and total well-being.
Wellness Retreats
