At Yoga Walks Ireland, we offer a variety of yoga classes designed to suit all levels of fitness, with no prior yoga experience required. Each class is a holistic blend of gentle movement, healing breathwork, relaxing meditations, and insightful wisdom.
Our classes are designed to nurture both body and mind, incorporating yoga with weights (1kg dumbbells), dance, and fun.

Pop-Up Classes: Throughout the summer months, we also offer pop-up classes in various locations, giving you the opportunity to experience yoga in different environments.
The class begins with a moment to relax and settle on arrival, gently releasing the outside world. We then transition into breathwork to calm the nervous system before moving through foundational yoga poses that warm and center the body. The session is thoughtfully interspersed with philosophy and guidance to enrich your practice. To build strength, we incorporate optional yoga with weights, concluding with a joyful release through free-form dance before sinking into the deep restorative rest of yoga nidra.

These classes are perfect for anyone looking to improve flexibility, strength, and relaxation in a supportive and fun environment. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, our classes cater to all levels of fitness.
Please note that we do not offer monetary cancellations for weekly yoga classes. However, we believe in flexibility and ensuring you get the most out of your practice. If you are unable to attend your booked class, your payment is fully transferable: you are welcome to move and choose between any of our weekly classes in our different locations. Furthermore, we understand that life can bring unexpected circumstances; should you have any concerns or need special consideration, please communicate them with us directly, and we will do our very best to facilitate an arrangement that supports your needs.
