I’m Caroline Conroy, the founder of Yoga Walks Ireland.

My passion lies in blending yoga, nature, history and ancient wisdom to create deeply immersive experiences that nourish both body and soul.

My personal journey has been dedicated to holistic well-being. As a qualified yoga teacher, life coach, counsellor and spiritual healer, my therapeutic background allows me to bring a truly nurturing and informed approach to every experience—plus I am experienced in many more modalities, too numerous to mention!

I believe that gentle movement in nature, combined with mindfulness and ancestral wisdom, helps us reconnect with ourselves and the land in a truly beautiful way. My goal is simple: to hold a safe and inspiring space for you to find a deeper sense of peace, joy, and harmony, leaving the busy world behind for a while.

At Yoga Walks Ireland, my mission is to help people reconnect with nature, history, and the divine energy within themselves. I believe that through gentle movement, breath, fun and storytelling, we can access a deeper sense of peace, healing, and belonging.

I created Yoga Walks Ireland to offer something beyond a typical yoga class or hike, an experience where each step is grounding, each breath is a moment of presence, and each location carries its own story and wisdom. Whether it’s stretching beside an ancient stone circle, meditating by a river, or walking the paths of our ancestors, my goal is to create a space where people feel truly grounded, uplifted, and connected to something greater.

Through these experiences, I hope to bridge the gap between the past and the present, between body and spirit, and between the external world and the energy within. Yoga Walks Ireland is more than just movement, it’s about awakening a sense of wonder, healing, and transformation.

My journey began with a deep love for holistic spiritual healing, leading me to explore yoga, meditation, and energy work alongside Ireland’s rich history. Over the years, I have guided many on transformative walks through sacred landscapes, ancient pathways, and hidden gems, where each step becomes a story and each breath a moment of connection.

Through Yoga Walks Ireland, I weave together gentle movement, guided meditations, storytelling, local folklore, healing and fun, creating a space for relaxation, reflection, and renewal. Whether it’s stretching beside a holy well, meditating at an ancient moate, or breathing deeply in the heart of the Galtee Mountains, my goal is to help people find balance, inspiration, and a deeper connection to Ireland’s land and themselves.
